SPONSORSHIP CATEGORIES

Sponsorship and patronage are categorized as follows:

Sponsors of the entire Conference Programme would be designated:

Note: Sponsors in this category are expected to make sponsorship contribution in direct relationship to the cost of meeting the planning and staging the events/programmes or the specific budget items. Sponsor/patron could be as many as would cover the event or budget cost.

CATEGORIES OF FESTIVAL SPONSOR/PATRON

(Over GHS 20,000 or USD 5,000)}

Sponsors in this category are expected to make a sponsorship contribution of at least forty thousand cedis (GHc 20,000 or USD 5,000). The sponsorship number in this category is limited to one.

RIGHTS PACKAGE

  • A Platinum Award (Certificate/Shield/Trophy)

Others

  • Automatic invitation to all ceremonies and programmes including banquet attendance for 6 persons
  • Priority mention and acknowledgement at all ceremonies including honored front row seating
  • Festival promotion identification with image and or other marks
  • Festival product identification (Audio-visual)
  • Special acknowledgement in all festival media releases
  • Full page colour advertisement in festival brochure
  • One page colour advertisement in festival in brochure for messages
  • Identification on book/ plaque of patrons/ sponsors
  • Rights implementations reports with pictures from sponsorship agency within eight (8) weeks after official closure of the festival
  • Any other reasonable rights request to be mutually agreed on

Sponsors will be required to contribute at least twenty thousand cedis (Over GHS10,000 or USD 2,500 ) in sponsorship.

RIGHT PACKAGE

  • Invitation to all ceremonies and programmes including banquet attendance for 4 persons
  • 2nd place mention and acknowledgement at all ceremonies
  • Festival promotion identification with image and or other marks
  • Festival products identifications (audio-visual)
  • 2nd degree acknowledgement in all festival media releases
  • Full page colour advertisement in festival brochure
  • Identification on book /plaque or patrons/sponsors
  • Rights implementations reports with pictures from sponsorship agency within eight (8) weeks after official closure of the festival
  • Any other reasonable rights request to be mutually agreed on

Sponsors will be required to contribute at least ten thousand cedis (Over GHS 7,500 or USD 1,750) in sponsorship.

  • Invitation to main ceremonies and programmes including banquet attendance for 2 persons
  • 3rd place mention and acknowledgement at all ceremonies
  • Festival products identifications (audio-visual)
  • 3rd degree acknowledgement in selected festival media releases
  • One quarter page colour advertisement in festival brochure
  • Any other reasonable rights request to be mutually agreed on

{tab BRONZE CLASS}

Sponsors in the Bronze Class are required to contribute at least five thousand cedis (GHs 5,000 or USD 1,250) in sponsorship or value in kind.

RIGHTS PACKAGE

  • Invitation to main ceremonies and programmes including banquet attendance for 2 persons
  • Acknowledgement at main ceremonies
  • Acknowledgement in selected festival media release
  • One Quarter page colour advertisement in festival brochure

INDIVIDUAL/COMPANIES DONORS - Over GHS 1,000 or USD250 )
The conference also offers opportunity to individual sponsors/ patrons or small companies to contribute towards the cause of Nkrumah. A minimum amount of one thousand cedis (GHS 1000 or USD 250) in sponsorship is welcome.
